By nominating for this recognition, you hereby confirm and agree to the following:

1. The deliverables associated with the applicable administrative charges will be fulfilled by M/s Brandworks Media Pvt. Ltd.
2. You have voluntarily opted for additional PR deliverables upon payment of the required administrative charges as specified.
3. Your nomination is subject to realization of the administrative charges paid or payable by you.
4. The administrative charges paid for availing any deliverables are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. The recognition is bestowed solely based on prima facie evaluation of the documents, profile, and testimonials submitted by you.
6. Any misrepresentation or ambiguity found in your nomination may lead to revocation of the award at any stage.
7. The event may be re-scheduled or discontinued by the organizers at their discretion and without prior notice.
8. The award and certificate issued are intended strictly for personal use.
9. Your nomination will be independently evaluated by a third-party media/research agency—M/s Brandmark Media—for this recognition.
10. Changes to the nomination from the same organization are allowed only once.
11. The organiser reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
12. The organiser also reserves the right to change the date, venue, or format of the event without prior notice.
13. The selection of awardees rests solely with the Forum and is final and binding.
14. You indemnify the event organizers against any consequences or claims arising from the usage of the name or logo of the Awards.
15. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
